Dozens of Clinton County Fire and EMS personnel gathered for a Grain Bin Rescue Operations training in Lamar over the weekend. The group went through several evolutions to rescue someone trapped in a grain bin. The training was held at the Courter Family farm with food provided by the Old Corner of Lock Haven. The training, which takes place annually, was funded through the Clinton County Volunteer Fireman's Association. "This was a great opportunity for us to take advantage of this training for our area. This can happen at any time and the Emergency Responders of Clinton County will be better prepared if this happens," Jon Plessinger, 911 CAD Supervisor/Risk Management Coordinator for Clinton County, said. "The training doesn't stop here, we will continue to get better with these types of trainings in the future"
