The martial arts world is incomplete without mentioning Bruce Lee's contribution. Many martial artists came after his demise, but Lee and his contributions are still unmatched. The intense training Bruce Lee went through in his life could be seen in his work.
However, he was not just about normal physical or mental training. Lee always searched for the best techniques through which he can get the best results. Per BeTheKnockout.com, Lee used EMS, i.e. Electrical Muscle Stimulator. How did it work? EMS is a machine which used to pass electricity through the body that sent an electric signal to the brain to contract muscle groups. What EMS did better was the signals were stronger than the usual signals sent by the brain, which made it better for the training.

Bruce Lee made himself a different level of a human being with an abundance of strength and stamina. He conquered the world with his martial art. Indeed, art doesn't come easy. Lee worked extremely hard to meet the requirements of being a legendary martial artist.

He kept pushing his body to the epitome of strength. He pursued different methods of training to achieve mastery in his class. The late martial artist performed pieces of training such as velocity training, static contraction, contraction/Iso-Tension, and other regular training as well.
